The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +60 points.

Monday the Dow was up +140.46 (+0.57%) at 24,792.20.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +25.45%.

There were 18 Dow stocks up Monday.

The Dow stock winners Monday were led by Intel (INTC) +3.82% and Caterpillar (CAT) +2.10%.

The Dow stock losers Monday were led by Coca Cola (KO -0.56% and Microsoft (MSFT) -0.54%.

The trade spat between Boeing (BA) and Bombardier has entered a critical phase with a decision expected by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) today.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down eight-tenths of a cent at $2.421 per gallon.
