DJIA Market Happenings For Wednesday, July 15, 2015

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +7 points.

Tuesday, the Dow was up +75.90 (+0.42%) at 18,053.58.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +1.29%.

There were 21 Dow stocks up Tuesday.

Dow stock winners Tuesday were led by UnitedHealth (UNH) +2.08% and JPMorgan (JPM) +1.40%.

Dow stock losers Tuesday were led by Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) -0.49% and IBM (IBM) -0.45%.

Fed Chair Janet Yellen speaks this morning at the semi-annual testimony to the House Financial Services Committee.

European stocks are mostly higher and Asian markets ended mixed.

The national average price of gasoline is up one-tenth of a cent at $2.776 per gallon.
