The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +8 points.

Friday, the Dow was up +168.62 (+0.94%) at 18,127.65.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +1.71%.

There were 27 Dow stocks up Friday.

Dow stock winners Friday were led by Nike (NKE) +3.72% and Chevron (CVX) +2.18%.

The Dow stock losers Friday was UnitedHealth (UNH) -1.34% and Apple (AAPL) -1.25%.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is unchanged at $2.424 per gallon.
