Wednesday, the Dow was down -27.55 (-0.16%) at 17,635.39.

Year-to-date the Dow is down -1.05%.

One time Dow stock Bank of America (BAC) announced a $4 billion share repurchase program.

European stocks are mixed and Asian markets ended higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down two-tenths of a cent at $2.445 per gallon.
