Year-to-date the Dow is up +4.25%. Nasdaq is up +11.4%, S&P 500 +8.3% and Russell 2000 is down -1.00%.

Last week the Dow lost -3.8%, Nasdaq -2.7%, S&P 500 -3.5% and Russell 2000 -2.5%.

The UAE energy minister said that OPEC will stand by its decision not to cut oil output even if crude prices fall as low as $40 a barrel and will wait at least three months before considering an emergency meeting.

Exxon Mobil (XOM) was upgraded to ‘Market Perform’ from ‘Underperform’ at BMO Capital.

European stocks are lmostly higher and Asian markets ended mixed.
