Microsoft (MSFT) was downgraded to ‘Underperform’ from ‘Neutral’ at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

European stocks are mixed and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is down 1.9 cents at $2.526 per gallon.
