The Dow stock winners Friday were led by Cisco (CSCO) +4.88%, Verizon (VZ) +2.98% and Walgreens (WBA) +2.65%.

The Dow stock losers Friday were Raytheon Technologies (RTX) -4.09%, American Express (AXP) -3.05% and Boeing (BA) -2.65%.

Stocks reversed earlier gains after major state-owned Chinese agricultural companies have reportedly halted purchases of US products including soybeans and pork.

The death of an unarmed black man in police custody in Minneapolis has sparked social unrest in the United States, where clashes between police and protesters found Seattle, WA this weekend.

On May 27, 2020, the House passed the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act by 417-1, which attempts to ease restrictions on small businesses as they seek loan forgiveness under the Paycheck Protection Program authorized by the CARES Act.

European stocks are mostly higher and Asian markets ended higher.

The national average price of gasoline is up two-tenths of a cent at $1.978 per gallon.
