The two-day Fed FOMC Meeting ends today with announcement at 11:00 am PST. The Fed is expected to hold rates steady.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was set to open lower, with Home Depot Inc (HD) falling 1.7% in premarket trading. The home improvement chain forecast fiscal 2020 sales growth below Wall Street expectations, weeks after lowering its 2019 sales forecast.

A former Boeing (BA) employee who raised concerns about 737 Max production will testify on Wednesday at a House hearing on the FAA’s review of the grounded aircraft.

European stocks are mostly higher and Asian markets ended mostly higher.
