Dow stocks at 52 week highs include Boeing (BA), Caterpillar (CAT), 3M (MMM) and UnitedHealth (UNH).There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +209 points.

Friday the Dow was down -40.76 (-0.17%) at 24,231.89.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +22.61%.

There were 20 Dow stocks up Friday.

The Dow stock winners Friday were led by Merck (MRK) +1.09% and Cisco (CSCO) +0.80%.

The Dow stock losers Friday were led by General Electric (GE) -2.24% and Boeing (BA) -1.96%.

U.S. stock index futures pointed to a strong positive open on Monday, as sentiment iss boosted by news that the U.S. Senate narrowly passed a major tax bill over the weekend.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is down three-tenths of a cent at $2.476 per gallon.
