The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -66 points.

Thursday the Dow was down -22.06 (-0.10%) at 21,784.78.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +10.25%.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has given Pfizer’s (PFE) Meridian Medical Technologies unit a warning over multiple violations at the Brentwood, Mo. manufacturing plant where it makes EpiPen products for Mylan.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is up 1.1 cents at $2.672 per gallon.
