The Dow stock losers Friday were led by Procter & Gamble (PG) -1.76% and Travelers (TRV) -0.99%.

The Dow gets a boost as FBI director James Comey said Sunday that his agency is sticking to its view that presidential candidate Hillary Clinton should not face criminal charges over her personal email server.
