Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +67 points.

Friday, the Dow closed up +60.36 (+0.36%) at 17,039.49.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +2.56%. Nasdaq is up +8.7%, S&P 500 +7.6% and the Russell 2000 is down -0.3%.

Last week the Dow was up +2.0%, Nasdaq +1.6%, S&P 500 +1.7% and Russell 2000 +1.6%.

Boeing (BA) announced an order by BOC Aviation for 82 airplanes worth $8.8 billion.

Goldman Sachs (GS) announced an agreement with FHFA to repurchase $3.15 billion in residential mortgage-backed securities, or RMBS, purchased by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac over the 2005-2007 period to resolve all federal and state securities law claims brought by FHFA with respect to RMBS.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mixed.

The national average price of gasoline is up two-tenths of a cent at $3.435 per gallon.
