The Dow stock losers Thursday were led by Caterpillar (CAT) 887.67 ((-2.37%), Travelers (TRV) 294.31 (-1.88%) and Sherwin Williams (SHW) 305.14 (-1.56%).

The VIX closed Thursday at 15.74 (-3.38%) and the 10 YR at 4.457 (-0.49%). The VIX is currently at 15.70 (-0.25%). The 10YR is at 4.459 (-0.02%).

West Texas Intermediate futures lost 1% to trade around $87 per barrel. Brent crude dropped 1% as well to around $91 a barrel. The moves come after Iran’s armed forces reportedly launched missiles late Thursday, while Trump mulled over a potential ceasefire extension.

Not much happening with Dow stocks this morning.

U.S. futures are mostly higher, European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down 3.5 cents at $4.391 per gallon.
