Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) announced Monday it will acquire Intra-Cellular Therapies for $132 per share in cash, valuing the neurological disorder treatment company at $14.6 billion. Shares of Intra-Cellular soared 35.5% on the news. J&J’s stock was flat.

U.S. futures are lower, European stocks are lower and Asian markets ended lower.

The national average price of gasoline is down two-tenths of a cent at $3.065 per gallon.
