Today, the minutes from the Fed’s Oct. 31-Nov.1 meeting are slated for release at 2 p.m. ET. Fed funds futures pricing suggests near unanimity that the Federal Open Market Committee will hold steady at its upcoming December meeting.

U.S. futures are lower, European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is down 1.3 cents at $3.295 per gallon.
