DJIA Market Happenings For Friday, December 31, 2021 – Chevron (CVX) Up +39.05% YTD

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -62 points.

Thursday the Dow closed down -90.55 (-0.25%) at 36,398.08 (closed up +90.42 yesterday).

Year-to-date the Dow is up +18.92%.

The Dow stock winners Thursday were led by Disney (DIS) 155.93 (+0.68%), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) 172.31 (+0.44%) and IBM (IBM) 133.91 (+0.42%).

We got another 4″ of Pacific Northwest snow yesterday but it is supposed to start warming up and raining a bit over the weekend. That will be good!
