The 10-year Treasury yield is up today but still below recent 14-month highs.
The Commerce Department this morning reported that personal income in February dropped 7.1%, roughly matching expectations. Personal savings last month dropped 1%, also basically in line with estimates.
European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended higher.
The national average price of gasoline is down four-tenths of a cent at $2.866 per gallon.
