Friday the Dow was up +293.05 (+0.90%) at 32,778.64.
Year-to-date the Dow is up +7.10%.

The Dow stock winners Friday were led by Boeing (BA) 269.19 (+6.82%), Caterpillar (CAT) 229.00 (+4.20%) and Walgreens (WBA) 53.21 (+3.28%).
The Dow stock losers Friday were led by Salesforce (CRM) 212.21 (-1.73%), Visa (V) 224.36 (-0.79%) and Apple (AAPL) 121.03 (-0.76%).
The Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 closed at record highs Friday.
Bitcoin dropped 6% on Monday, after jumping Saturday to another all-time high above $60,000. The world’s biggest cryptocurrency has just about doubled this year. It’s soared more than 1,000% over the past 12 months.
The 10-year Treasury yield was a bit lower Monday morning, however, it was only slightly below its more than one-year high of 1.642% on Friday. The rapid rise in yields this year has traders wondering whether the Federal Reserve may be losing control of the direction of interest rates. The Fed’s two-day March meeting begins Tuesday.
European stocks are mostly higher and Asian markets ended mostly higher.
The national average price of gasoline is up five-tenths of a cent at $2.864 per gallon.
