The Dow is set to open lower as Mitch McConnell and Republican Senators refuse to support a new Covid-19 stimulus package. So it’s screw the people for Republicans (mostly Mitch McConnell).

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is up one-tenth of a cent at $2.159 per gallon.
