Stock markets bounced Tuesday after Trump moved to reassure investors that the first phase of a trade deal between the US and China is still on the table. Markets had slipped after comments from trade adviser Peter Navarro that the deal was “over.”
European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended higher.
The national average price of gasoline is up a penny at $2.141 per gallon.
