Crude oil prices bounced 10% Tuesday, which looks like a big move but meant little in the wake of oil’s 51% dive since January 6th. Brent crude, was up more than 10% to $37.84 per barrel in early trading in New York. West Texas Intermediate crude gained nearly 10%, to $34.13 per barrel.
European stocks are mostly higher and Asian markets ended higher.
The national average price of gasoline is down 1.6 cents at $2.365 per gallon.
