President Donald Trump has signed off on a “phase one” trade deal with China. The deal delays a new round of US tariffs on roughly $160 billion worth of Chinese goods, which had been set to take effect on Sunday.
European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended higher.
The national average price of gasoline is down five-tenths of a cent at $2.566 per gallon.
