DJIA Market Happenings For Monday, December 2, 2019

Dow stocks at 52 week highs include Apple (AAPL). There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +27 points.

Friday the Dow was down -112.59 (-0.40%) at 28,051.41.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +20.25%.

There were 19 Dow stocks up Friday.

The Dow stock winners Friday were led by IBM (IBM) +0.51%, Walmart (WMT) +0.28% and Procter & Gamble (PG) +0.25%.

The Dow stock losers Friday were led by Dow (DOW) -1.68%, Home Depot (HD) -1.12% and Walgreens (WBA) -0.85%.

Disney’s (DIS) “Frozen 2” set a Thanksgiving holiday weekend record by taking in $123.7 million in North American ticket sales. That broke the previous record set in 2013 by “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.”

European stocks are lower and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down two-tenths of a cent at $2.589 per gallon.
