The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -61 points.

Friday the Dow was up +372.68 (+1.42%) at 26,573.72.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +13.92%.

All 30 Dow stocks were up Friday.

The Dow stock winners Friday were led by Apple (AAPL) +2.80%, Merck (MRK) +2.73%, Travelers (TRV) +2.28%, JPMorgan (JPM) +2.17%, UnitedHealth (UNH) +2.06% and Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) +1.88%.

The Dow stock losers Friday were not to be found.

Reports are China is no longer seeking a broad-based agreement and will scrap key U.S. demands on industrial reforms and state-owned company subsidies.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended lower.

The national average price of gasoline is down one-tenth of a cent at $2.653 per gallon.
