Procter & Gamble (PG +0.13%) was upgraded to ‘Buy’ from ‘Neutral’ at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch with a price target of $108.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down eight-tenths of a cent at $2.399 per gallon.
