DJIA Market Happenings For Tuesday, September 18, 2018

Walmart (WMT +0.24%) was rated a new ‘Outperform’ at BMO Capital Markets with a price target of $110.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down five-tenths of a cent at $2.846 per gallon.
