Walgreens Boots Alliance (WAG) was downgraded to ‘Neutral’ from ‘Buy’ at Mizuho Securities USA.

European stocks are lower and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is up two-tenths of a cent at $2.856 per gallon.
