The Dow stock winners Friday were led by Procter & Gamble (PG) +1.83% and Nike (NKE) +1.53%.

The Dow stock losers Friday were led by Caterpillar (CAT) -2.04% and Chevron (CVX) -1.95%.

Chevron (CVX -1.95%) was upgraded to ‘Outperform’ from ‘Market Perform’ at Raymond James with a price target of $140.

Disney (DIS +0.09%) was downgraded to ‘Sell’ from ‘Hold’ at Pivotal Research Group LLC with a price target of $93.

European stocks are lower and Asian markets ended lower.

The national average price of gasoline is down three-tenths of a cent at $2.895 per gallon.
