The Dow Market Happenings For Monday, June 11, 2018

Dow stocks at 52 week highs include UnitedHealth (UNH). There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open UP +30 points.

Friday the Dow was up +75.12 (+0.30%) at 25,316.53.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +2.42%.

There were 21 Dow stocks up Friday.

The Dow stock winners Friday were led by Procter & Gamble (PG) +1.87% and Disney (DIS) +1.47%.

The Dow stock losers Friday were led by Intel (INTC) -1.49% and Apple (AAPL) -0.91%.

There is weakness in energy stocks as Jul WTI crude oil (CLN18 -1.08%) falls -1.20% after Russia boosted its crude production in the first week of June to 11.1 million bpd, above the 10.95 million bpd envisioned by its agreement with OPEC.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down two-tenths of a cent at $2.921 per gallon.
