Microsoft (MSFT -2.91%) jumped 4% in premarket trading after Morgan Stanley named the stock a “Top Pick” and raised their price target on it to $130 from $110.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is up four-tenths of a cent at $2.611 per gallon.

Nike (NKE) reported earnings on 3/22/2018 after the market close of $-0.57, missing estimates calling for $0.555 per share.
