The Dow stock winners Wednesday were led by Verizon (VZ) +1.99% and General Electric (GE) +1.79%.

The Dow stock losers Wednesday were led by Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) -0.76% and Microsoft (MSFT) -0.73%.

Johnson & Johnson (JNJ -0.76%) may move higher this morning after China announced that it will remove the tariff on diapers and some baby formula imports as of Dec 1.

European stocks are mostly higher and Asian markets ended higher.
