Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -3 points.

Tuesday the Dow was up +39.45 (+0.18%) at 22,370.80.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +13.20%.

The Dow stock winners Tuesday were led by Verizon (VZ) +2.60% and American Express (AXP) +1.29%.

The Dow stock losers Tuesday were led by UnitedHealth (UNH) -1.79% and General Electric (GE) -1.06%.
