Dow stocks at 52 week highs include Boeing (BA), Caterpillar (CAT), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), McDonald’s (MCD). 3M (MMM), Microsoft (MSFT), Travelers (TRV), UnitedHealth (UNH), United Technologies (UTX), Visa (V) and Wal-Mart (WMT). Dow stock 52 week lows include Exxon Mobil (XOM).

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -18 points.

Friday the Dow was up +62.11 (+0.29%) at 21,206.29.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +7.31%.

There were 19 Dow stocks up Friday.

The Dow stock winners Friday were led by Microsoft (MSFT) +2.37% and Boeing (BA) +1.55%.

The Dow stock losers Friday were led by Exxon Mobile (XOM) -1.49% and Chevron (CVX) -1.11%.

Apple (AAPL +1.48%) was downgraded to ‘Sector Weight’ from ‘Overweight’ at Pacific Crest Securities.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended lower.

The national average price of gasoline is down one-tenth of a cent at $2.375 per gallon.
