DJIA Market Happenings For Monday, September 12, 2016

Dow stocks at 52 week highs include Intel (INTC).There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -44 points.

Friday the Dow was down -394.46 (-2.13%) at 18,085.45.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +3.79%. Remember, Thursday the Dow was sitting on a +6.05% yearly gain.

All 30 Dow stocks were down Friday.

There were no Dow stock winners Friday.

The Dow stock losers Friday were led by Verizon (VZ) -3.32%, Caterpillar (CAT -3.29%, Boeing (BA) -3.29%, Coca Cola (KO) -3.12% and General Electric (GE) -3.00%. And remember, as goes General Electric (GE) so goes the market. So get out there and sell (as I need lower prices to buy into).

Wall Street looks set for another day of losses on fears the Federal Reserve will soon raise interest rates continued to spook investors out of assets considered risky, such as equities.

European stocks are lower and Asian markets ended lower.

The national average price of gasoline is down two-tenths of a cent at $2.179 per gallon.

Earnings Reports.

There are no Dow stocks set to report earnings in the near term.
