Monday the Dow was up +21.57 (+0.12%) at 17,623.87.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +1.14%.

The Dow stock winners Monday were led by Nike (NKE) +2.75% and Pfizer (PFE) +2.11%.

The Dow stock losers Monday were led by Chevron (CVX) -1.28% and Intel (INTC) -1.04%.

At least 31 people have been killed and many seriously injured in terrorist attacks at Brussels international airport and a city metro station.

European stocks are lower and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is up one-tenth of a cent at $1.984 per gallon.
