Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +95 points.

Tuesday, the Dow was up +117.65 (+0.72%) at 16516.22.

Analysts at Morgan Stanley upgraded Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) from Equal-weight to Overweight. The price target for Microsoft has been raised from $57 to $66. Microsoft shares closed at $52.78 on Tuesday.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down one cent at $1.946 per gallon.
