Monday, the Dow was down -23.90 (-0.14%) at 17,528.27.

Year-to-date the Dow is down -1.65%.

The Dow stock winners Monday were led by Disney (DIS) +1.31% and Nike (NKE) +1.00%.

The Dow stock losers Monday was Chevron (CVX) -1.84% and Caterpillar (CAT) -1.15%.

Hopefully we have an end of year rally starting.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended higher.

The national average price of gasoline is up two-tenths of a cent at $2.001 per gallon.
