There are no Dow stocks at 52 week highs.Dow stock 52 week lows include AAPL, AXP, BA, CAT, CVX, DD, GE, IBM, INTC, JNJ, JPM, KO, MCD, MRK, MSFT, PG, UTX, VZ, WMT and XOM. That’s two-thirds of the Dow 30 stocks at year lows.

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +580 points.

Monday, the Dow was down -588.40 (-3.57%) at 15,871.35.

Year-to-date the Dow is down -10.95%.

There were no Dow stocks up Monday.

There were no Dow stock winners Monday

Dow stock losers Monday were led by JPMorgan (JPM) -5.27%, UnitedHealth (UNH) -5.03%, Cisco (CSCO) -4.84%, Chevron (CVX) -4.80% and Exxon Mobil (XOM) -4.73%. Also down more than 4% were GS, MCD, PFE and TRV.

China’s central bank cut its benchmark lending and deposit rates by 0.25 percentage point.

Apple (AAPL -2.50%) was upgraded to ‘Outperform’ from ‘Market Perform’ at Wells Fargo.

JPMorgan Chase (JPM -5.27%) was upgraded to ‘Buy’ from ‘Outperform’ at CLSA.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mixed.

The national average price of gasoline is down 1.8 cents at $2.577 per gallon.
