China’s central bank cut its benchmark lending and deposit rates by 0.25 percentage point.

JPMorgan Chase (JPM -5.27%) was upgraded to ‘Buy’ from ‘Outperform’ at CLSA.
European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mixed.
The national average price of gasoline is down 1.8 cents at $2.577 per gallon.
