Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +89 points.

Tuesday, the Dow was down -47.51 (-0.27%) at 17,550.69.

Year-to-date the Dow is down -1.26%.

There were 10 Dow stocks up Tuesday.

Dow stock winners Tuesday were led by Microsoft (MSFT) +1.56% and Nike (NKE) +0.82%.

Dow stock losers Tuesday were led by Apple (AAPL) -3.21% and Dupont (DD) -1.18%.

Disney (DIS) shares are tumbling by about 6% premarket as traders react to the company’s latest earnings.

Disney (DIS +0.47%) reported Q3 EPS of $1.45, better than consensus of $1.42.

The ADP report came in at 185,000, below expectations for 215,000 private-sector payrolls.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down 1.2 cents at $2.630 per gallon.
