The Dow Market Happenings For Friday, July 10, 2015

Dow stocks at 52 week highs include (Disney (DIS). Dow stock 52 week lows include Intel (INTC) and Dupont (DD).

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +210 points.

Thursday, the Dow was up +33.20 (+0.19%) at 17,548.62.

Year-to-date the Dow is down -1.54%.

There were 21 Dow stocks up Thursday.

Dow stock winners Thursday were led by Travelers (TRV) +1.33% and Pfizer (PFE) +1.23%.

Dow stock losers Thursday were led by Apple (AAPL) -2.04% and Intel (INTC) -1.93%.

Markets look to go higher on Greek reforms package that won praise from France, which called the new proposals “serious and credible”. and continued recovery in China’s stock market, which rose strongly for a second day.

AT&T (T) coverage was resumed with a ‘Buy’ at Stifel with a price target of $41.50.

Verizon (VZ) coverage was resumed with a ‘Buy’ at Stifel with a price target of $60.

European stocks are higher and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is up one-tenth of a cent at $2.757 per gallon.

Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) will report earnings on 7/14/2015 before the market open.

JPMorgan (JPM) will report earnings on 7/14/2015 before the market open.

Intel (INTC) will report earnings on 7/15/2015 after the market close.
