Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -61 points.

Tuesday, the Dow was up +24.29 (+0.13%) at 18,144.07.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +1.80%.

Dow stock winners Tuesday were led by UnitedHealth (UNH) +2.07% and JPMorgan (JPM) +1.15%.

Dow stock losers Tuesday were led by Dupont (DD) -2.13% and Procter & Gamble (PG) -0.82%.

UnitedHealth (UNH) was initiated with an ‘Outperform’ at RBC Capital with a price target of $159.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down nine-tenths of a cent at $2.779 per gallon.
