Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +79 points.

Tuesday, the Dow was down -28.43 (-0.16%) at 18,011.94.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +1.06%.

There were 11 Dow stocks up Tuesday.

The Dow stock winners Tuesday were led by Boeing (BA) +1.42% and Caterpillar (CAT) +0.75%.

The Dow stock losers Tuesday were led by Intel (INTC) -1.87% and UnitedHealth (UNH) -1.76%.

Caterpillar (CAT) was initiated with a ‘Buy’ at Societe Generale with a price target of $110.

Private sector employment increased by 201,000 jobs from April to May according to the May ADP National Employment Report.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is up six-tenths of a cent at $2.756 per gallon.
