Exxon Mobil (XOM) was downgraded to ‘Hold’ from ‘Buy’ at Evercore ISI.

McDonald’s (MCD) was downgraded to ‘Neutral’ from ‘Overweight’ at Piper Jaffray.

European stocks are mostly higher and Asian markets ended mixed.

The national average price of gasoline is up four-tenths of a cent at $2.455 per gallon.
