Dow stocks at 52 week highs include Dupont (DD), Cisco (CSCO), Home Depot (HD), 3M (MMM), Visa (V) and UnitedHealth (UNH). There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open own -4 points.

Tuesday, the Dow was up +92.35 (+0.51%) at 18,209.19.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +2.17%.

There were 22 Dow stocks up Tuesday.

Dow stock winners Tuesday included Home Depot (HD) +3.98% and JPMorgan (JPM) +2.48

Dow stock losers Tuesday were led by UnitedHealth (UNH) -0.83% and Disney (DIS) -0.30%.

One time Dow stock, Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) dropped 7% in after-hours trading after it reported Q1 revenue of $26.8 billion, below consensus of $27.34 billion, and then lowered guidance on fiscal 2015 EPS view to $3.53-$3.73 from $3.83.-$4.03, well below consensus of $3.95.

European stocks are lower and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is up 1.6 cents at $2.328 per gallon.
