Tuesday, the Dow closed up +19.97 (+0.12%) at 16,715.44.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +0.84%.

And it was record highs again on the Dow yesterday.

Boeing (BA) was awarded a contract for fifty 737 planes valued at close to $3.8 billion from a low-cost carrier being set up by China’s Juneyao Airlines.

European stocks were lower and Asian markets closed mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down four-tenths of a cent at $3.640 per gallon.
