Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -65 points.

Friday, the Dow closed down -45.98 (-0.28%) at 16,512.89.

Year-to-date the Dow is down -0.38%. Nasdaq is down -1.3% and the Russell 2000 is at -3.0%. The S&P 500 is up +1.8% year-to-date.

Last week the Dow was up +0.9%, Nasdaq +1.2%, S&P 500 +1.0% and Russell 2000 +0.5%.

Pfizer (PFE) reported Q1 EPS of 57 cents, better than consensus of 55 cents.

United Technologies (UTX) was awarded a $105.2 million government contract to procure long-lead components, parts and materials in support of 34 low rate initial production Lot IX F-135 propulsion systems for the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter aircraft.

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates sold 4.6 million shares of Microsoft (MSFT) stock on April 30.

JPMorgan Chase (JPM) said it sees Q2 market revenue down 20% from prior year and that it has a $4.7 billion exposure to Russia as of March 31.

European stocks were mixed and Asian stocks closed mostly higher.
