Dow Market Happenings For Friday, November 22, 2013

Dow stocks at new 52 week highs include 3M (MMM). There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

The Market

Thursday the Dow closed up +109.17 (+0.69%) at 16,009.99, it’s first close ever above the 16,000 mark.

Premarket, the Dow was indicated to open up +19 points.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +22.18%.

Intel (INTC) shares are down 3.5% in premarket trading after the company said revenue in 2014 will be approximately unchanged from this year.

Microsoft (MSFT) released it’s Xbox One gaming platform last night at midnight every where,

European stocks are mixed and Asian stocks ended mixed.

The national average price of gasoline is up 1.5 cents to $3.235 per gallon.

Abercrombie & Fitch Company (ANF) reported a third quarter loss of $0.20 per share on revenue of $1.03 billion, compared to last year’s EPS of $1.02 on revenue of $1.17 billion.

Gap Inc. (GPS) reported third quarter EPS of $0.72 on revenue of $3.98 billion, compared to last year’s EPS of $0.63 on revenue of $3.98 billion.

Gamestop Corporation (GME) reported third quarter EPS of $0.58 on revenue of $2.11 billion, compared to last year’s EPS of $0.38 on revenue of $1.77 billion.

Target Corporation (TGT) reported third quarter EPS of $0.84 on revenue of $17.26 billion, compared to last year’s EPS of $0.81 on revenue of $16.93 billion.
