Market Happenings For Friday, May 17, 2013

Dow stocks at 52 week highs include Bank of America (BAC), Cisco (CSCO), Microsoft (MSFT), JPMorgan (JPM), Coca Cola (KO), Walt Disney (DIS), Home Depot (HD) and Dupont (DD). There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

The Market

Thursday the Dow closed down -42.47 (-0.28%) at 15,233.22.

This morning the Dow is indicated to open up +43 points.

Disney (DIS) was downgraded to “Neutral” from “Overweight” at Atlantic Equities because of valuation.

European markets are higher and Asian markets ended higher.

The national average price of gasoline is up 1.7 cents to $3.618 per gallon.

Earnings Reports

Home Depot reports earnings on 5/21/13 before the market open.

Hewlett-Packard (HP) reports earnings 5/22/13 after the market close.

Dupont (DD).
