The Market

The Dow opened up and is currently +60.

The Dow is trading at new intraday highs and so is the S&P 500.

The Fed minutes were leaked early I hear.

China trade figures for March showed a 10% year-over-year increase, buoyed primarily by exports to the United States.

Today, President Obama will unveil his 2014 budget proposal, which serves as an important marker in continuing debt negotiations in Washington.

European markets are higher and Asian markets ended higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down a 1.1 cents to $3.572 per gallon.
