The Market

Monday, the Dow closed up +50.22 at 14,447.29.

This morning we are down -11 but we have had like six straight days higher.

Dow winners at this moment include MRK, BA, XOM, UNH, AXP, HD, T, CVX, MSFT, HPQ and INTC.

House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan will release his budget proposal today.

Today the U.S. Treasury Department will release data on tax and revenue collection and federal spending in February.

European markets are mostly higher and Asian markets ended down.

The national average price of gasoline is up seven-tenths of a cent to $3.703 per gallon.

JinkoSolar Holding Co. (JKS) is expected to report a fourth quarter loss of $0.80 per share vs. a loss of $2.58 per share a year ago.
